The primary objective of this project was to establish a warm, trustworthy, and welcoming digital presence that connects participants, families, and support coordinators with specialized mental health care and therapeutic services.
To reflect the core values of care, safety, and professional support, we implemented a calming, clean, and highly accessible visual identity. This strategic layout ensures that essential care programs, NDIS support categories, and crisis contacts are instantly visible and easy to navigate for users who may be under stress or seeking immediate help.
Healthcare and NDIS provider websites face the unique challenge of presenting highly sensitive, detailed service data while maintaining a soft, clutter-free, and comforting user experience.
